Because the local terroirs surrounding our Houses are rich and exceptional, because the craftsmanship of our producers is unmatched, and because our history and tradition require it, we have chosen to focus on local production and promote short supply chains in each of our restaurants.
Vintners, farmers, butchers, cheesemakers, olive growers, fishermen, and breeders are the best ambassadors of our way of life.
Staying in one of our houses is also an opportunity to discover men and women deeply rooted in their regions, proud of their craftsmanship and history. It is an invitation to travel that we wish to share with every passing guest.
